Having made our way through the park, we wound our way down through the palatial streets of Na Hřebenkách, over Plzenská, into Vrchlického and rang no. 6, a fading Dr. Neumann still just visible on the buzzer. Kathleen and Howard live there now, with 5-month-old James. Howard is my ex-colleague and office-(with own magnolia-scented balcony) mate at the Commission. But now we've all grown up and he and Kathleen are currently flat-hunting and occasionally have to work for the money these days!

Here is Kathleen with very cute baby James being inspected by Gregor.

Nan (another ex-colleague, but no balcony) and Rade, being fed his lunch, with Sava (sommelier) and Howard at the head of the table.

The old barometer/thermometer, a gift from Mikhail Mikhailovich, indicating another scorcher.

Howard horsing around with Gregor, and Alastair trying out the new water pistol.

Well baby James looks just gorgeous (big congrats, Howard, if you are reading this!). Hope Gregor and Alistair had lots of fun meeting all their little friends here in Prague and will be back again soon!
