So Czech

There are so many images and memories of Prague and Czech life that will remain indelibly etched in my mind forever. Revisiting and seeing things with a new perspective is refreshing, particularly when you find the humour and fondness for simple things you once took for granted.
Like Gregor stamping his tram ticket with an excitement that my mums - Fitz and Pat - had when they first visited, half wanting the undercover inspectors to check them, and amazed how a system could work on trust.

And pivo, we've had a few. In this case, Misha supped a Gambáč!

Gregor knocked backed his first Matonka.

And then there were the signs, sometimes lost in translation.....

...but always with the definite article.
And sometimes very clear, no messing about.

Pavement closed. (that's right, walk on the road if you want to get past)

Or, windows being changed, so watch out for falling bits of wall!

Ahh, those were the days.....
