As usual, a good go on the swings before we visit the animals. The little train is packed during holidays so we avoided it this time, but otherwise it's an efficient way of covering the entire area and still keeping all your calories intact.
Yes, the Yellow Mongooses (Mongeese?) reminded us that Spring was in the air!

The Addaxes were also a bit frisky, which is probably a good thing since they are critically endanged in their native Northwest Africa. They are desert animals really, normally don't need to drink and even have specially adapted hooves for sand....

hello from Zagreb - just done our first big journey - lots of fun and enjoying ourselves - work tomorrow...mongooses I think is the correct form - I think it's like octopuses. lol, see you in a month. h
